You can safely purchase our Pro Amenities professional salon quality products and other items by using the secure order form. Please verify that the order form and payment information is correct. It is very important to provide the contact person's first and last name, telephone number, fax number, and email address in case there is a problem with processing the order, or if we need to reach you for additional information. 

You may also order Pro Amenities products by contacting us either by telephone, fax or e-mail, as noted by clicking on " CONTACT US".

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, plus COD, Certified Check and Money Orders.

All research is conducted in our laboratories located in Richmond, Virginia. All HairCare, SkinCare, NailCare and HealthCare brands are manufactured exclusively at our facilities. This "hands on" approach guarantees our customers the finest collection of natural and authentically listed ingredients and controlled formulations. We strive to remain at the forefront of developing organic formulations that provide proven results with 
our mild, all-natural, holistic formulas. We accomplish this goal by testing our products on friends and family and do not test on animals. Our Spa Analytics organic products are clean, safe and environmentally correct.

Product Guarantee:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the Spa Analytics product you purchased you can contact Customer Service directly by telephone within 10 days after receipt of the item and arrangements will be made to return the item to us either for a full refund or for credit toward purchase of another item at the same price or a higher priced item from our product line. No claims of any nature will be considered unless made in writing within the 10-day period after receipt of product. All return shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.

Refunds & Exchange:

Product returns will not be accepted by Pro Amenities, LLC without a return authorization number issued by Pro Amenities,, LLC. Please call customer service to request a return authorization number before you return any item(s). Shipping and product liability charges for product returns are the customer's responsibility.

Industry Member Accounts: 

To establish an industry member account, please complete the "Industry Membership Application" form. Following approval, a Customer Service representative will contact you to establish billing and payment procedures.

Privacy Statement:

It is Pro Amenities’ policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers and the users of www.proamenities.com. Through this Internet Privacy Statement we want to reassure users of the Website that we will not sell, share or rent user information to others.

Pro Amenities,, LLC collects information from the users of the Website at several different points on the Website. For example, we collect and/or request information when a user:

1) Places an order
2) Registers on the www.spaanalytics.com
3) Requests notification of an order status
4) Submits an e-mail

In order to fulfill the requests of Website users in the above instances, the user may be requested to provide contact and/or credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, a request, or completing a delivery, this information will be used by Pro Amenities, LLC to contact the user.

We use a credit card processing company to bill purchasers of goods and services from the Website, and depending upon the goods and services being ordered and where they are being shipped, we may use outside delivery companies to assist us in delivering orders. We share with them the information necessary to enable such card processing, and delivery of goods (i.e. name, address, merchandise, and as appropriate, payment information).

This includes exchanging information with other companies for purposes of fraud and credit risk reduction.

Shopping Cart:

Your Add to Cart items are held in your shopping cart until you are ready to check out. For a more detailed view of the items in your cart, click on the “View Cart” button to review its contents. If you’ve set up an account with us, we will save the items in your cart so you can purchase them later. If you leave spaanalytics.com Website you’ll find them in your cart when you return. 

You can change the quantities in your Shopping Cart by changing the number in the column labeled “Qty” (quantity). 

If you decide you don’t want to purchase an item, you can take it out of your shopping cart by changing the quantity to zero. 

After reviewing your shopping cart contents and making sure you’re got the products and quantities you want, you may continue to shop or begin the checkout process.

Shipping & Delivery Rates:

Each invoice shipment up to 150 pounds will be sent via FedEx Ground Package Service. Each invoice order over $1,000.00 in Spa Analytics and/or Valon product value will receive free shipping. 

Orders exceeding standard 150 pound FedEx shipping charges and under $1,000.00 in product value, or requiring special handling such as lift gate capabilities will require a Customer Service representative contacting you to advise you of the charges involved in shipping your order. You will be required to confirm and accept the shipping and delivery charges by returning a faxed or e-mail 
Confirmation Order Form to us to complete your order and assign our confirmation order number.

Checkout:

After you have selected the products you want to buy, you may begin the checkout process. Checkout is simple, in which you: Check the Bill To and Ship To information for accuracy;
Check and review the item’s quantities, sizes and fragrances; Determine the total cost plus applicable taxes and shipping/delivery charges; Confirm the order and billing, shipping and payment instructions; Authorize the charge to your credit card, COD shipment, etc., or industry member account billing; Review and adjust Shopping Cart contents; Please confirm your purchasing and delivery method and click the “Continue” button. On the next page you will confirm your billing, shipping and payment methods.

Order Verification:

Customers who have previously set up an account at Pro Amenities, LLC, and established Ship To, Bill To, billing, payment and shipping preferences, you will find that information already filled out when you arrive at the Checkout page. Please review all of the information and make any necessary changes.

If you are using a corporate credit card, and your name does not appear in the shipping address, update your account information to reflect your name on the 2nd address line by clicking the red Edit button to the Shipping Information tab.

Checkout Confirmation:

This page verifies that we have received your order and gives you an order confirmation number. Please make a note of the order number so you can use it in future communications. Selecting a single order record from the list displays the details of the online transaction, including shipping and billing information, quantities, product numbers, short description and prices.
